Hello!
I had two wonderful days here and it’s a comfortable place to stay. I really enjoyed being here and also had a good time in Ulm. People in Taiwan put money in a red envelope, giving to someone they want to thank. I’m so lucky to stay here during my trip in Ulm. Thank you very much.

Leider nur für eine Nacht... Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war nur zu wenig Zeit für die schöne Stadt. Gern komme ich wieder und empfehle dieses „Schmuckstück“ weiter.
Ein kleiner Gruß zum Dank aus der „anderen Stadt“ an der Donau – Regensburg sendet Falka.

Wir haben uns ganz arg wohl gefühlt. Dein Hostel hat einen sehr „hoimeligen“ Charme, dass man sich wie zu Besuch bei Freunden in einer WG fühlt. Wir werden sicher andere Freunde hierher schicken oder selbst wiederkommen!

Super Hostel, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliche Menschen und einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre! Ich kann das Brickstone jedem empfehlen, der in Ulm nach einem entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt sucht.
I enjoyed my stay here very much. People are friendly, the rooms are really nice and the atmosphere is wonderful.
Thanks for making my stay in Ulm such a good experience!

Das war das erste Mal für mich in einem Hostel und ich muss sagen, ich würde es jeder Zeit wieder machen .
Mir hat es hier sehr gefallen, auch wenn zwei Tage wirklich ein bisschen kurz waren. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Liebe Frau Weihgold,
als etwas älteres Semester (Ü50) haben wir uns hier genauso wohl gefühlt wie das Jungvolk. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Atmosphäre. Es geht nichts über ein bequemes Bett, und das hatten wir hier! – neben den anderen Annehmlichkeiten.
Gern kommen wir noch einmal wieder beim nächsten Ulm-Besuch.

This place is sooo cool.
We like the colourful style.
The athmosphere at this place is “hyggelig”.
English and German doesn't have a word for it. But “hyggelig” is good. It's like nice but better.
We wish all German hostels were like this one. And we wish all German towns were like Ulm.

Salut Anja,
j'ai beaucoup aimé l'auberge et j'ai bien dormie.
Je trouve que la carte du monde où l'ont met les épingles sur le pays d'où on vient est une super idée. Si je devais mettre une note sur 20 je mettrais 20/20.

herrjeh, nun sind sie rum, die 15 Monate Fortbildung in Ulm.....Buhuuuu!! ( und auf eine Art auch Juhuuu!!-die aber hat nix mit dem Aufenthalt in deinem formidablen Hostel zu tun ). Also zurück zum Buhunu!! Mir hat's echt gut getan, hier bei dir in deinem schönen Hostel gewohnt zu haben! Und ich verzichte nur ungerne auf diesen ca. 1 x monatlichen Aufenthalt hier.

merci de tout coeur pour ton accueil chaleureux et pour le séjour agréable que tu m'as permis de passer dans ton hostel.
Ton hostel est très joli et surtout très propre; c'est ma première fois d'etre dans un tel lieu et souvent, je me sens vraiment senti comme en Côte d'Ivoire, à trouver les conversations et les rencontres avec les autres. Tous sont sympa et ne se gênent pas pour entrer en communication avec les autres. Je n'aurais jamais pu imaginer trouver un tel lieux ici en Allemagne.
Je suis très heureux d'avoir eu la chance de passer ces jours dans ton hostel et j'y reviendrai dès que l'occasion se présentera.

auch mein allererster Hostel - Aufenthalt ist hier in Neu-Ulm bei dir. Auch wenn es „ nur” 2 Nächte sind kommt eine super WG-Stimmung auf. Du hast ein tolles Hostel, man merkt wieviel Herzblut du hineinsteckst. Ich wünsche dir weiterhin ein volles Haus, werde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und sicher wiederkommen. (natürlich nicht NUR wegen dem Brickstone Hostel, sondern auch wegen der schönen Ulmer Altstadt. :)

ich finde dein Hostel ist super schön!!!
Ich habe bei einem Hostel in Japan gearbeitet und träume davon, mein Hostel in der Zukunft zu haben. Mein Traum wächst hier immer mehr größer, weil ich dein schönes Hostel sehen konnte und mich sehr wohl füllte. :) Wenn ich mein Hostel eröffnen werde, würde ich dich gerne zu meinem Hostel einladen.   This hostel was the both start and end of our adventure of Germany & neighboring countries. We loved Ulm so much we came back even though it made it much harder to catch our plane (which I hope we make). We explored it even further this time and it is a wonderful city!! Danke!! Even this time we found the guest book!! Oh!! and the upstairs which we forgot about last time. Love the guitar but maybe out of tune! Oh and maybe the beer was a little warm!?! Actually it was but it didn't stop us!! Love Ulm, love Brickstone.

• Auch mir hat es supertoll gefallen hier. Es ist wirklich das beste Hostel, das ich kenne. Die Mischung aus Ikea, Omas Erbstücken und eigener Improvisation ist „very charming“. Und auch der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Küche, Sofa, Leseecke ist klasse. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich „die Chefin“ vons Janze... :)

  Auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war, der gute Eindruck vom Hostel bleibt! Alles ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und im Haus ist dauernd etwas los, toll, auf wieviele Nationen man in so kurzer Zeit stoßen kann...

  This hostel fulfilled even our wildest dreams and could be considered as our home in NeuUlm. After running into too many non-friendly, crappy places during our trip, the BS was everything we needed, and so were the people! I would like to thank you, Anja, for giving two Finnish girls an opportunity to bump into so many wonderful and loveable people! So thank you! We would never, ever, EVER made pancakes for the whole hostel anywhere else than here (hope you liked them :))

  It was a gread experience to visit Ulm, knowing this hostel and knowing you!! :)
  There's a warm atmosphere in this place and an extraordinary kindness from you.
  I am thankful to also being able to go to Blaubeuren, marvellous town, and see and enjoy Blautopf!
  I have to continue my trip but I'm leaving Ulm wanting to come back some day!

  Thank you so much, just what I needed after so much crazy travelling. Great hostel and I will recommend it to all my dancing friends so be sure to never be out of business because, belive me, there are soooo many of us :) ! It is just perferct, especially the beds, so comfy (I almost missed my audition because I didn't want to get out of bed).
  Hopefully I will get a call from ballet Ulm and I can come and work here and visit you! I hope all goes well, I'm sure it will. Lot's of love from your good old Aussie dancer -

  This is simply one of the best hostels I've every stayed in my life! I've been to so many places both in Asia and Europe and no place can be comparably comfortable+reasonable+home-like like your hostel.

  Zufällig haben wir das Brickstone Hostel gefunden – und besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Private, gemütliche und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Athmosphäre haben uns das Gefühl gegeben am rechten Ort gelandet zu sein.
